Terms of Service
Effective 2026-08-21
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our online booking website ("we", "us", "the studio"). By creating an account, booking a class, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account.
2. Bookings and credits
Booking a class reserves a spot subject to availability. Class packs and credits may have expiry dates, which are shown at the time of purchase.
Where a class is full, you may be able to join a waiting list. If a spot frees up it is offered to the list in turn, and the offer expires if it is not taken up. Joining a list is not a booking and does not guarantee a spot.
We may modify, reschedule, or cancel a class. If we cancel a class you have booked, any credit or payment used for that class will be returned to your account.
3. Memberships
A membership is a recurring purchase. When you buy one, you agree to be charged automatically at the interval shown at checkout — monthly, quarterly or yearly — until it is cancelled. The price, the interval, what each cycle includes, and any free trial or minimum number of cycles are shown to you before you confirm.
Each cycle grants the credits or access your plan describes. Unless the plan says otherwise, unused credits do not carry into the next cycle; where a plan does allow some to carry over, the amount is shown with the plan.
You can manage a membership from your account: change the card it is charged to, and, where we have enabled it, pause it or set it to end. If your plan has a minimum number of cycles, you can end it yourself once those have been paid. Contact us for any change you cannot make yourself.
Ending a membership stops the next renewal. It does not refund the cycle you are in, and you keep that cycle's access until it runs out. Pausing suspends billing for the period you choose, within the limits shown to you when you pause.
If a payment fails we may retry it. A membership left unpaid may be suspended or cancelled, and its access ends with it.
If we change a membership plan, the change applies to new members. You keep the price and terms you signed up for until you change plan yourself.
4. On-demand videos and class recordings
Some purchases give you access to pre-recorded video: a video service you buy on its own, video included with a membership, or the recording of a class you were registered for.
That access is personal to you and lasts as long as the purchase, membership or rewatch window that grants it. It is a right to watch, not a sale of the video: it does not include downloading it, copying it, showing it publicly, or sharing your access with anyone else. Playback links are tied to your account and expire on their own.
We may add to the library, and we may remove a video from it. Where your access comes from a membership, it ends when the membership does.
Where we record a class, the people in the room may be visible or audible in the recording, and it may be shared with others who were registered for that class. We will tell you when a class is being recorded — if you would rather not appear in one, let us know before it starts.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Our cancellation window and refund policy are communicated at the time of booking and may be updated from time to time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the credit or payment for that class.
Purchases of class packs and credits are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card number. By making a payment you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to these Terms.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
7. Health and safety
Physical exercise involves inherent risks. You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate and should consult a healthcare professional if you have any doubt. You agree to follow the instructions of our staff and to use the equipment safely.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access other users' accounts, or interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in classes. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the site, and your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.
